The Tennessee Secondary Schools Band Directors Association began when directors in East Tennessee saw a need for festivals and clinics which could better meet the needs of students in small schools or new, growing band programs.

Membership is open to any band director in Tennessee with a young or growing program which includes grades 6 through 12.

Our membership includes directors from all areas of East Tennessee, including Chattanooga, Scott County, Morgan County, Morristown, Jefferson City, Dandridge, White Pine, Knoxville, Cocke County, Roane County, Maryville, Maynardville, Madisonville and others. The membership is continually growing.

This site includes information about Junior and Senior Clinic and Concert Festival. Each of these events is open to all members of TSSBDA.

TSSBDA hosts a Senior Clinic in late January, a Junior Clinic in late February or early March and a Concert Festival in April. College Scholarships are also available to outstanding musicians in our organization.

I don't like using 100% on a table cell when I have a pixel width defined in the other cell so rather than defining the 100% I just hide a large div at the bottom to push out the edge.
